Mary Chase Hopkins

I have been a complementary health therapist for over twenty-five years. Twenty of those years have been spent practising colon hydrotherapy, ten of which were at The Hale Clinic in central London. As a result of my diverse training I have a holistic approach towards treatment. This has been brought about in part by my experience and desire to understand the root causes of illness.

I have made numerous guest appearances on terrestrial and satellite TV, including GMTV, This Morning, Richard and Judy, Terry Wogan and many others. I have also featured in publications in the national press and magazines, including The Times, The Independent, The Daily Mail, The Evening Standard, Metro, Women's Own, FHM, The London Magazine and Health and Fitness magazine, to name but a few. Radio appearances include Women's Hour, Five Alive, James Whales' show and others.

In addition to Colon Hydrotherapy and Electro-Lymphatic Therapy, I am also qualified in Polarity Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Stress Management Counselling and Bowen Therapy. I continue to attend ongoing seminars, including detoxification and fasting within The System of Natural Health.

I am also a Glyconutritional Wellness Consultant, educating about and advising upon the use of essential nutrients which positively enable our bodies to experience optimal health.
